Honey Fermented Garlic
Local Raw Honey, fermented with locally grown Music garlic.
This is another one of my "go to's" for that itchy sore throat. When you get the tickle and you know something is coming on. I take (and make everyone in the house) 1 tsp, 3 times a day. It really does work.
My sister in law visited and used it to fry up some meat stir fry dish, and it was amazing.
So in that sense it is very versatile.
Local raw honey infusion in locally grown Music garlic, 4 oz glass jar. This has been "fermenting" since 9-29-21, this is important. I only have 8 jars at present.
It is important to let this process take place as chemistry of this causes the jars to need to be burped.
